Shannon joined the Destination 3 team as their water photographer. When she was younger she pretended she was an animal- from a frolicking dolphin to a wild mustang. She’s now (thank goodness) channeled this infantile fascination with the natural world into her more “grown-up” work of conservation adventure photography and writing. From collaborating with the Marine Conservation Society of the Seychelles to the Jane Goodall Institute in Uganda, she has focused her energies on a wide range of conservation projects. Her photography has been published in National Geographic Adventure Magazine, Outside Magazine, Surfer’s Path, Surfing and FOAM Magazine among others.
